Queen room was a reasonable size for 2 people. Restaurant service and meal was excellent catering to dietary requirements. Good size bathroom and shower. Modern spacious rooms are clean and comfortable. Big bathroom and shower you won't want to get out of. Friendly and helpful staff at hotel. Modern style felt very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Up market. Central to mountains and the entrance.
所有评语 » Room was lovely, very quiet- we had a room towards the back of complex on second floor. Restraunt good value and good menu. Improvement since my last visit, but then again it was owned by the Mecure group, and obvious it was in trouble. Room was so clean Had extra towels, pillows, blankets Minibar is such a great idea and good prices too. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean tiedy and very relaxing. Nicely appointed room, very comfortable bed, good food for our evening meal in the restaurant. Great service. Exceptionally clean rooms. Great for a small motel to have a gym. Location , and clean modern resort as in room and reception was very helpful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Close to township and shops. Location as we were passing through dining on site breakfast onsite. Excellent restaurant, compliments to the chef. Facilities were good, good value for money. Easy to find Good location. The young lady who booked me in was friendly and helpful as were the wait staff in the restaurant. Bed was really comfortable, room very tidy. Room was ready early upon request. the room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Clean and warm. Had not replenished some of the tea & coffee items and bathroom essentials. Carpet had a few stains, same in the passageways. nothing. Difficulty finding room, maybe reception should give better directions to weary travellers. The wifi didn't work, so I gave up. Noisy kids next door but you have that in every hotel you go to especially on school holidays. The only little irritatant was having no guide on the tv so u had to go to all the channels to c what was on. they could delete the radio and unwanted channels. Spa pool was cold and looked unclean. Our toilet had toilet paper in the bowl when we arrived. Presuming it was just the cleaners who tore off rough edge to neaten roll, however it was a bit offputting!!!. Bath no handle for disabled person to get in hair in the bathroom table in suite was broken toilet seat too small lamps unstable. N/A. Nothing. Room appeared a little tired.Walls were marked, spider web above picture and mould commencing in shower cubicle. Gym were not in working order. Nothing. Breakfast choices limited. -eg. only 2 cereals to choose from and neither particularly healthy. There is no beautiful view. Room signage on stairs up to First Floor at end of building ( furthest from Reception) was misleading. The number ranges excluded rooms that were on that floor, eg. 218. No plug in spa. can hear people talking along the hall. The room, although modern and clean was over-furnished making it feel cramped. The room was also dark and lacking in warmth. The restaurant/bar does not have an area in which one can sit back and enjoy a relaxing drink. Lack of lift as our room was on first floor and stairs were narrow especially trying to carry luggage up the stairs. the stair wells and hall ways need cleaning then it would present A lot cleaner. 1. Not making up the room daily. 2. Not replenishing the tea/coffee etc. in the room. 3. Bathroom was not clean on arrival. 4. Certain Continental breakfast food ran out and not replenished during sitting. Distance from city centre. The fact that they charged 2.5% on top of the fee quoted on bookings.com if you paid by credit card and then tried to blame bookings.com. Poor cleaning, especially in common areas such as stairs etc. toilet paper and towels like sandpaper.
