  We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.   Despite just being a 1 bedroom apartment, it was a spacious layout with great views and accessibility to the pool. It was fantastic value and easy walking distance to the beach and even Mooloolaba.   We found the Manager extremely helpful when a small problem arose, and it gave us confidence that this was a place where we would be well looked after. The facilities were excellent, even down to books and magazines in the pool/spa area. Having a heated pool and spa was so good, as we were there in cooler weather.   We had an awesome view from our room. The apartments are central without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful gardens right behind the apartments with a huge pond, lovely ambience. Staff make your bookings for you if you want to go on outings and tours. We did have an overnight visitor which was no hassle to arrange and still heaps of room and privacy. The apartment was so clean which was nice as we had been caught before at other resorts. The cleaners are a great asset to them. Every apartment has a sea view.

  We loved everything about our stay - the location, room (2 bedroom overlooking the pool and spa), and price were fantastic.   The fast response I recieved about my enquiry. I tried other places and still have not had a reply. The staff are very friendly, the cabins and grounds are clean.   I loved the closeness to the beach and the people running the apartments were very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay there again. - It was easy to book and find and the one of the staff members escorted us to are hotel and car park which made life easy for my self and friends
