The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

This hotel ticket all of the boxes. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroo - The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.

  The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. I did complete your room evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.
