  Everthing went smoothly the room was quiet and comfortable for us both. I booked through letsbookhotel.com for a double / twin room and found on reading the print that a twin room could note be guaranteed. I emailed the hotel and was told that a note would be put on the booking and they would make every effort to accommodate my request. Thankyou. - top location close to all good restaurants, cafe and retail shops. Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath. Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks definitely value for money for a 4 star hotel

  From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... 别人怎么说 » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

  Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen.
