1. The self contained room and shared kitchen facilities. 2. The general cleanliness of the apartment and its proximity to Adelaide markets and GPO. The facilities were good. The undercover car parking was great. The staff were very helpful and polite. We missed the check in time but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Better than I thought for the price.Staff were great and helpful.
所有评语 » Very nice room, in a very convenient location for my purpose. The location was excellent as were the furnishings. comfortable, value for money great location. the fridge..the kitchen..the bed.. Central area yet quiet. It was clean and comfortable, seemed well run. Close to public transport, market,etc. Close to Central Market Receptionist was very helpful. with directions etc. Air conditioning in the room. Good location. Balcony and a very good bed. Location Value for money. Helpful Staff. Location. Not much. Nothing. Noi specific dislike. The mattresses in 2a were lumpy and very uncomfortable. nothing. Lugging my bag up to 5E; but this was not really a problem. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs inside the appartments. limited parking, took quite awhile to book in when we got there. cleaning is not done daily.. Car parking cost a tad high. No lighting at the front door, a bit a hard to see instructions on late arrival. It was very hot in the room, (although it was a very hot weekend) and there was a slight smell in the building. Shared kitchen was 3 flights down the stairs, Had to ask for clean tea towel & dish scrubber & sink wiper. The closest electrical outlet for the in room kettle was above the toilet seat. We had to plug it in on the other side of the room on the floor. Shower was not cleaned properly & the shower door kept jamming. I thought we had access to a roof top terrace but we had a small balcony overlooking the car park. A $200 fee is reserved at the time of check in as well as full payment for the apartment, presumably in case of damages. This money was reserved for several days so be sure to use your credit card instead of your current account as I stupidly did. It's quite a steep reserve fee when in previous experience only $50 has been charged in other hotels. Accommodation is quite like student accommodation but this was good if you want to cook meals as there were common areas. All pretty good...only fault was bin was full and carpet needed a vac. Room not clearly indicated so not sure if we stayed in the right room Basic accomodation. Very shabby accommodation but clean sheets and bathroom. Tv most chanels not functioning. Door security very poor could open with credit card!! Keeping $100 security deposit which they do not refund for 4 working days ... why???? Why not on check out as there is no phone in room or bar. Worst bed I've ever tried to sleep in (falling apart,noisy). Carpet falling apart. Expensive for condition. I was put in a room 2 metres away from a roof where asbestos was being removed i was not given any warning i am taking this to the health authorities. TV didn't work No Internet Didn't service room. The unit we were given was smelly, dirty and had mouse dropping in the draws and the cutlery and plates has droppings on them and no detergent to wash them. No batteries in the TV remotes. Not a pleasant stay at all. The dirt under the bathroom sink was revolting. The tv didnt work and when having a shower it was so noisy it would have woken the hole street.
