This place is not an hotel. It's a low-middle class appartment turned into room rentals. It's certainly cheap to stay there and in the end, it's all OK (no excessivre noise from the other guests, internet works perfect, event though it's an old place, everything seemed clean). But it is as far away from luxury you can imagine.
Location. Near San Isidro train station.
