The 2 bedroom apartment we had was excellent. It even had a lounge and own wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour to the Argentina side of Iguazu and a private car to the Brazil side- both were excellent. Restaurant was good. Although the lamb on the first night was a bit disappointing- overcooked. The steak on the second night was delicious. The restaurant staff were fantastic and even made a huge desert with a massive sparkler for my mums birthday completely on the h.
所有评语 » The hotel is extremely beautiful and fascinating! When we first entered our spacious lodge we were so happy to be there! It is so nice inside, and on the outside it is marvelous, as you stay in heart of Iguassu! The hotel is a 100% must! And the staff is so kind and welcoming. They dealed with our issues easy (not related to the hotel) and nice. Speaking excellent English, which is important :) thank you guys for our unforgettable experience. We liked this hotel very much. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the pool and restaurant area was lovely, the breakfast was superb, the staff friendly and helpful. There is a great games room for the kids located just under the swimming pool and bar area. It's only 10 mins safe walk from the restaurants in Puerto Iguazu and overall I would recommend it to any family visiting the Iguazu falls. The size of the lodge - loft - was great! and the balcony was lovely - really private and with nature all around us. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Swimming pool looked amazing although we didn't get to use it. The location was perfect. It is a great piece of property the rooms back onto the jungle and stream so its very peaceful. They give you lots of space, including a kitchen which is handy. The restaurant is one of the best we dined at in the whole country. Spacious, clean, private and comfortable suites with full kitchens and Wi-Fi, friendly staff, outdoor pool, tennis court, workout room with showers, picturesque site, camp look and feel with modern conveniences. Spacious rooms... a bit older but well maintained. Very nice pool and nice environment. Very good location to visit the falls and have a rest... a place with identity and not a copy paste of a chain hotel. 10/10 Hotel what a wonderful stay, on arrivals we were served drinks and staff was so so so... helpful we could not ask for anymore from this hotel the cabins were amazing, nice and quiet great for couples!!. I don't quite agree with the review that put the place "a little out of the way". It is walking distance from the bus station and transport to the falls, while in a more natural, out-of-town, setting. The staff were very helpful,courteous and eager to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the tropical surroundings and the dining room served excellent food. We were thankful for the umbrellas!. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant Lovely grounds -- you get the jungle feel!! When we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice -- very welcoming!!. Great Accomodation. Loved every minute while we were there. Originally we planned to stay only two nights, but after experiencing its comfort and facilities we booked another two. I liked the friendly staff and the quiet surrounds, including the pool area. I also liked the very well organised excursion to the falls and around the local area. The place is amazing - we stayed in a lodge. For about 100 euro, you basically got a whole house. Very comfortable and the breakfast was great. It was small, comfy, with helpful staff. Beautiful location with stunning pool, and nice restaurant with good food. The staff was amazing and super welcoming. The room was very spacious and really felt like a jungle hide away. Very nice, modern, attentive staff. all except the price. Everything. The pool, check in staff were great and spoke good English, there tour guides were great as well. The location was a little out of town. It was easy to walk in during the day but we didn't bother at night. However the hotel has a good restaurant so there was no need. No problems at all. The bed was too small for two people and the bedroom was quite small considering the overal size of the loft flat. Faciliates in the bathroom could have been more up to date but then that was part of its charm. It was outdated, it needs new furniture, better stocking in kitchen, better lighting/decorations and mostly a new bathroom. Which is very small, they can easily break through the wall that has a separate entrance and make a bigger and updated bathroom. On the edge of town - a bit of a walk to town center. The nearby city is very small and offers little choice in restaurants and nightlife. A little difficult to find. Turns out that the sign for hotel us very small -- overshadowed by sign for restaurant. One of the cabins had no wifi, everything else was top of the range. Nothing really. The place is a little out of the way if you dont get a taxi. WE walked it, and it took about 15 mins. But there was a flood on a road which meant some back tracking. Not the hotels fault of course!. There was no bar. A bar to meet people by the pool and restaurant would be an excellent idea. Only got to spend two nights would have loved to stay longer. The tiny insects intruding into the room. price. Nothing. The staff in the restaurant don't speak good English and therefore hard to order food with, ie. I ordered a meal but got the wrong thing.
