The staff, most especially the evening reception, "Anita" and the gentleman who set up breakfast and who drove the shuttle in the morning, "Sly" -both made us feel at home. Such attentiveness and concern for our comfort and enjoyment made our stay memorable. The hotel was awesome! The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond.Loved, loved, loved the room and the view. This is my new "favorite" place. - Staff surprised us with a note & chocolates on our anniversary trip. Room was modern & very comfortable. Starbucks in lobby.

Together with my fiancé, we spend 3nights at this Days Inn. We both have only positive things to say.. Although I was little concerned, after I read couple of previous comments. There was absolutely no bad smelly,filthy room as someone else said about this hotel. We were very pleased!! When we return to Atlanta again, we will definitely stay here again - Rooms were clean & well appointed. Breakfast bar was good, could do with a better brand of coffee though. I would advise people to stay there but be aware of the after hours staff.

The hotel staff was friendly and fast. My husband and I were traveling with our 8 week old son, and there were trolleys available for our luggage, which we appreciated. The room was very clean. Some expected wear was seen. There were hot breakfast items (sausage, hash browns), which is a big plus in our book. The front desk attendent was very nice and professional. She apologized for the mess in the first room and promtly moved me to a new room. The new room was clean but extremely hot. Luckily, the air conditioner was just off. Besides the small bathroom, the room was very nice.

The helpfulness of the front desk staff, Sean, and his supervisor, Willy. The entire front desk staff was very helpful and informative. I had specific requests for housekeeping and they went above and beyond. The room was extremely comfortable and much bigger and accommodating than I expected.
