  This place did everything to make you feel at home and there were no "hidden" charges. The owner met us for breakfast in the morning and personally prepared a cuppachino for me. The place is close to Brandeis University but also very easy to get into Boston via public transport. I am a clean freak and believe me this place was spic and span. - Clean and quiet are my two biggies. CSH was both. What amazed me was the level of service. Breakfast was wonderful with specialty coffees and real eggs. The owner and the managers and staff were so gracious and helped with everything we needed. Thank you for providing a memorable stay for us and our kids from Waltham. You even let the kids (4 of them) have a gratis breakfast with us twice. With hot chocolate. WOW!

  This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. I am a smoker,even though I don't smoke a lot I found it very nice to be able to relax in my room with a cup of tea and a smoke. Not having to go outside was a true comfort.   You get exactly what you expect from Best Western. Friendly staff & clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. This hotel is also reasonably close to several different shopping outlets if that's of interest. It is also close to the lake though I couldnt find any way to get closer since its surrounded by highways. - 1.
