  The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was great since it was so close to Sun Devil Stadium. The shuttle drivers were courteous and nice. We checked in late at night so the next morning I called to ask about it and desk clerk said only the suites have it. However, she upgraded us t - Everything. When I told the clerk we were here for my daughters graduation from ASU they upgraded us into a 2 room suite for no extra charge. Everything about Red Lion was Great!!!.   Normally we couldn't afford to stay in this luxurious 5 star hotel but off season the value is incredible. Everything about this hotel is absolutely perfect apart from the restaurant. I liked the area where breakfast and afternoon drinks were served; it promoted community and fun. I wanted to stay at the hotel and relax.   I was totally impressed with Quality Inn and Suites! It was comfortable and clean. The staff was great and it was very close to the Scottsdale stadium:) - Everything! I will be returning in the near feature. Great restaurants in immediate area. Clean room and heavenly bed.

  This hotel was a remodeled motel but they have taken great steps to provide all of the "extras" that make for a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely helpful and amenities were clean and well cared for.

  Service was great. - it's a beautiful facility, room was comfortable but dated. I would not consider this a 5 star hotel at all. pushing to be a 4 at best.
