  Suite is really comfortable especially for longer stays like 7 nights.The free parking were good. The complimentary coffee/tea in the foyer/reception were really a big benefit. Breakfast is very good.Free WiFi the best! - Love it! I would come back again, just wish I had more time to really enjoy!

  Very clean and well maintained room and hotel grounds. Loved free WiFi and Internet access. Loved free parking, free bicycle loaners, two pools/saunas. Playground across the street. Loved the location of the hotel, and the overall comf - Great location for sea world visit. There was a problem at our initial check in which wasn't good. However I have to say that the manageress stepped in and resolved the matter with a real customer focus in trying to ensure we had a good stay. For me this is when a hotels reputation stands or falls in how they go about resolving problems. Staff were a credit to the company and I would def recommend to others Thank you

  Excellent stay from checking in to being dropped off at the airport. Everyone we were encountered wanted to be helpful and it showed by going over and above.
