I ask for a top floor room and they gave us one on the end. Good choice except for light out side. Thank goodness for the black out drapes. The boys had a good time and the staff was really nice to them. It was clean and bed was nice. -
Indoor pool for kids. Comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant except for front desk clerk.

The room we stayed in was very clean and neat. No complaints. No noise with people or kids slamming doors and screaming in the halls like other hotels we have been in. We pay so much and they are dirty and all night so noisy. -

Compact design - the shower and toilet were separate and had sliding
doors. The living area was small but comfortable. The beds were
comfortable and the room was very useful for 4 adults and 2 children.
The sofa bed came in handy for one adult and the chaise on the sofa
could be used for a child. Breakfast was okay and had the basic options

Price was competitive. Comfy beds So so breakfast. Big need for ur
favorite meal ... the waffle. Line way to long dor kids and families.
Eggs ... imitation? Not good quality but it was what it was. Cereal and
juice. Unusual set for the bathroom ... the split theme a bit off
putting. But we did like hotel and would use again next year when we
bring two grand kids

The staff was excellent...great attitude as soon as I walked in...great customer service...room was very clean...housekeepers were very friendly...food was great in the mornings and they even served breakfast longer due to a lot of people eating...this hotel will definitely be my choice from now on! The indoor pool and spa were great! Also the fitness center is great. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. Rebeca was very friendly and made our experience a great one. -
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast bar was fabulous. The rooms extremely comfortable.
