I liked the location of the hotel. It's very centrally located by the Rivercenter and other attractions that we were able to walk everywhere we needed. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was better than we had expected. Our overall experience was great. -

The hotel room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very big flat-screen television and sitting area. The breakfast (included in the nightly rate) was great and provided a variety of hot and cold items. Customer Service was excellent! The trip/stay was 5 minutes away
from my Dr. The hotel was necessary for eye surgery operation. I had
my mother, daughter, & my 9 month old grand daughter stay in the
room w/ me. The room was very spacious, and access to the outside
was very convenient,(I had a small service dog with me). I would
highly recommend, and will be staying there again for 2nd eye surgery
the end of April.

The location is the key factor, actually next door to the Alamo and very close to the Riverwalk area and the Mall. Felt safe to walk in these areas even late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a standard room in an old historic hotel, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was good. The city bus from the airport stops just four blocks from the Crockett, an easy walk passing over the Riverwalk,

The room was very nice, staff very helpful. Breakfast also very good.
One bonus is Monday thru Thursday the hotel supplies a nice dinner at no
extra charge. -
Very clean, I did not expect a mini kitchen- it was a pleasant surprise, I enjoyed using the exercise room, plenty of variety for breakfast, great value

The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Definetly a
great thing to have a kitchen space especially when you have little
ones. The hotel is greatly located by the riverwalk right by all the
good restaurants and a childrens museum is across the street. Overall

I was traveling with my aged parents and the staff was very

Staff very helpful - we were given a free upgrade to a suite with whirlpool bath and double aspect - lovely. Would definitely look out for Drury hotel chain again.
