The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were picked up at the car rental drop off and driven to the airport the next morning which made our departure stress free. Our room was comfortable and clean, and convenient to anything we needed nearby. staff was very friendly, helpful; rooms were neat, clean; complimentary breakfast was adequate; pricing was extremely reasonable; did not have to call for xtra towels/pillows as they were already stocked in room.
alla recensioner » Room was spotless. No dust in the corners, no bugs under sink..refrigerator freshly defrosted and clean. Beds were fresh and linens crisp. Overall nice appearance. I slept well. Good, comfortable bed. Temperature was warm and felt good (freezing outside). Liked the Belgian waffles at the breakfast buffet. Staff really nice. We liked the friendly staff and clean rooms. Unfortunately, despite the comfort of our room, we had a sleepless night thanks to the people in the next room. They started slamming doors at 11:15 and proceeded to shout back and forth to each other (sounded like there were a lot of people in the room) until well after 3 AM. Not the hotel's fault, but it certainly ruined our stay. hotel is older and needs updating/renovating/repair; hair in bathroom shower/sink; grout/tile/toilet old. We were satisfied with it all. No complaints. When the heat came on it was really noisy. Leaking a little water from faucet in bathtub. Could use some paint in room to cover up black marks on walls. nothing !. The room was a little shabby, but still an excelent value. too noisy in he hallway. AC was not regulated. Either hot or super cold. No answer,. (a) Breakfast had no type of meat (b) Water in tub could not be turned off completely - minor - but dripping and annoying. poor breakfast. Not to many options for breakfast. A/c unit did not work well. Rooms were dirty. First room hair on bathroom floor, tub, and some kind of yellow spatter on bathtub wall. Second room still had hair on bathroom floor, brown dripping stain on bathroom wall and what looked like dog pee on bedroom wall. 1> too crowded 2> sheets had hair 3> location 4> parking. super dirty. poorly cleaned room. dirty / stained hallway carpets. EASILY FIXABLE!!!!!!. Our room was not cleaned on Monday of our trip. I also had to endure witnessing a disagreement between the management and a pizza delivery person. Restroom was dirty, dresser broken, refrigerator not cooling,. Public places were well maintained. Decent breakfast. I thought the hotel was dirty and even though we were on a non-smoking floor you could smell the smoke everywhere you went. They put a family of 6 in a room with only 2 beds would not let us have a rollaway bed we had to sleep 3 to a bed and they knew 6 were coming. There were no wipes in the fitness center and it was not ventilated. Smelled of old sweat. No towels available. The staff (during our second night) gave my husband a hard time when he asked for two blankets. They were borderline rude; interrogating us about our need for two more blankets. We swam everyday while at the hotel and everyday there were no pool towels. The pool and jacuzzi was also badly in need of a cleaning. Overall, the worst stay at a LaQuinta we've ever had. Dirt and stains on walls, doors, carpet, tile, bedsheets, towels and light switches. Dust on tables and nightstands. Broken outlet plates on walls. Old lumpy mattresses. Old, worn sheets. Urine smell in hallways that they try to cover up with chemical smell. Staff has attitude and wouldn't take responsibility, finally switched rooms. 2Nd room had same problems as first room. Also, front desk didn't want to honor my letsbookhotel.com price, but they finally gave in. We have stayed here at least 5 times before with good experiences but this time was very disappointed. Dirty restroom; floor, shower curtain, tub was dirty and mold along rail in shower. Beds were not comfortable. Carpet was dirty and looked as if it had not been vacuumed. Overall, the room was dirty and not worth what we paid for sure. The Fridge was having Food from previous User. The Window ac Unit very Noisy. My Wife and Daugther had to go sleep to our van, as she is DOGs allegic, and as soon as she lay on the bed, the coufind and pop eyes started! I call the Front Desk and they just said Im Sorry, this is a Pet Friendlñy Hotel, and I can not make anything. Of Course thta morning we cancelled other nigth and went to another hotel.
