Spacious, relaxing, location. We were traveling through on our way home and made a last minute stop. The staff were happy to accommodate. When we arrived, there weren't enough luggage carts so the staff actually helped out and cared ALL of our luggage to our room. We'd been on vacation for over a week so we had a lot of stuff. We loved the charm of the hotel. Furnished very nicely. Clean comfortable room. Great beds, friendly staff, good breakfast. The free parking and wifi was a plus. We will be back and have already recommend the hotel to friends.
alla recensioner » I liked everything! Had a suite at the top floor - got a home-coming feeling as I entered the room. Very good value for money. Walking distance to The Riverwalk- approximately 10 minutes. Very very clean. Great attention to detail. Super friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Not a lot of noise. The hotel was nice however, a fait amount of my money went missing after the first night. It was locked in my suitcase but it got broken into. The staff at the front desk seemed very helpful and tried to deal with it. However, it has been several weeks now and I tried to contact the manger several times but nothing has been done about it. I am not happy!. Nothing. Wifi was spotty. But that was not a big deal. Not enough parking. We were fortunate enough to get a parking spot this time but in the past had to park on overflow parking. I cannot think of anything that I did not like. Not enough parking; extra parking is at another "iffy" location away from the hotel. It took a while to get inside our room after being relocated once due to the sensors not properly responding to the key to let us in. Minor flaws with restroom door which didn't get fixed - couldn't properly close or lock it. Parking room. And they never received info by fax of our booking. Almost didn't get a room after driving very far as we did. Room was too dark. Need more room light. Change the pillows...headache makers. The down spout for turning the shower on was hard too operate, needs replacing. Need a safety light at street corner of Commerce...dangerous crossing for handicap people. Cars didn't see us or just didn't stop for people in the crosswalk. Homeless people...coming out of nowhere begging for money. The shower curtain doesn't hold the water in well during a shower, so the floor was pretty wet after showering. The parking isn't great. Expect to park in their extra parking lot down a block from the hotel at least once during a weekend stay. Parking was limited and the breakfast could have had more options. Parking could be better but still understandable for the location it's in. Breakfast could be better. Nothing. Nothing to not like. Carpet and rooms smell of mildew, etc. more maintenance needed on filters for AC. Parking situation is horrible, very dangerous overflow area especially for single women. missed not having a pool for the family. Not enough parking spaces surrounding the hotel. Everything was good. Nothing. Old furniture dark rooms loud noises around. No complaints. Not enough parking. little far from convention center. Limited parking and street construction.. a bit cramped. Parking, they have additional parking across the street with security guard watching you and your car for safety. parking. In the morning we were going to take a shower there was no hot water had to call front desk. A little noisy. Could hear adjacent guests conversations clearly and loudly. A little further from the Riverwalk than I expected. Hotel a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Breakfast very average. Money went missing, which is an unacceptable incident. I did not feel safe afterwards!.
