Loved the room and the location. It's very beautiful!!!! That's our new getaway spot :)

The bed was very hard. It could use an upgrade.

Atmosphere was fun and the awesome pool

I brought my daughter and a few friends who brought $20 for the yummy buffet. With the added gratuity for 5 girls I ended up paying an extra $20 for getting my water filled up once. A buffet should not force gratuity!

Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed, terrific shower and a great location. Great value!

The decor was a bit outdated, but I liked it. The dining room food was good, not great... But overly priced. The worst value of the entire stay.

Older but charming. Spacious rooms and restaurant was good.

Our room was on street side and very noisy all night with traffic.

We held a Birthday event there and couldn't have been more pleased with event staff, back of the house staff, & housekeeping. Everything was beyond our expectations.

We loved everything about the hotel-no complaints at all.

This is a suggestion and not a complaint-microwaves should be available in the rooms.

Spacious room

Location was good and the room was clean and comfortable.

Some of the reception staffs were not friendly and unprofessional in the way they answer or handle customers. There is no fridge in the room and the rates were gone up quite a lot since my travelling companion stayed in this hotel 2 years back where she was given the room in the main building for the same price that was almost twice the size of the annex and it comes with fridge which was missing in the rooms that we stayed in.

beautiful location. decent room, decent service.

This was already an expensive hotel. why didn't they have a refrigerator, dvd player, or microwave included in the room? you had to pay extra to use any of that.

+The room was clean +The location was quiet + Breakfast was varied and cooked to order.

-Misleading; I booked a queen-bed room, and I ended up staying in the "motel" side of the hotel. If that doesn't make sense, google- map the location. -The Staff was mostly inadequate and unprofessional.

location and restaurants are good

cleanliness of bathroom was not good. Parking was compromised due to construction. Television package was inadequate. Front staff was only so-so about my concerns. Hotel seems to have slipped to back burner with intro of newer hotel across street

Parking was horrible! I spent 30 minutes trying to park, then they offered my free valet parking and then they still charged me! I will never stay here again.
