  Everyone was very nice. The kitchen worker was very nice and heated my milk for my special cafe mocha that I make. She was very willing to do this little extra something. It was also nice to have a cart to get luggage to the room. - Very nice; great retreat from our home in Mass that had no heat or hot water.
