  Vi har bott här många gånger och trivs alltid utmärkt. Renoveringen går vidare och snart är väl alla rum tiptop, som vårt. Läget är lugnt mellan Broadway och Central Park. Utmärkta kommunikationer med tunnelbana och buss. - Nära central park och nära tunnelbanestation.

  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless. There was building work bei... vad folk säger » ng carried out, which was right outside our window but it was not noisy at all and never disturbed our sleep. The windows kept all the noise out. The - We had a wonderful experience here and will do it again. The staff was MOST helpful (they turned our radiator off when it got warm in the room and also were smiling and accommodating with another small request we had to freeze ice packs in their kitchen freezer). We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby.   Staff were very helpful, also the room was very nice as was the view from the 16th floor terace - I am a native New Yorker, therfore it was convenient for where I needed to be.

  Beautiful hotel; I love the dark wood and elegant light fixtures. The room was spacious and attractive with a great view. The bed was so comfortable - I haven't slept so well in a long time. We also enjoyed the beautiful lounge and the gym. - For an affordable NYC hotel, this one is the best value for money I have found. Terrific location near to the Lincoln Centre and Metropolitan Art Gallery. Great variety of reasonably priced restaurants nearby including fine dining at the Nice Matin in the hotel itself to first rate sandwiches at the Amsterdam Deli across the street. E

  Rummet, sviten, var utmärkt, nyrenoverat, stort , ljust, fin utsikt, försett med just de bekvämligheter som omnämnts - Rent, fint och rymligt. Det var sköna sängar, inget buller hördes och underbar utsikt över Hudson River (bodde på 24:e vån). Nära Central Park och Tunnelbanan.

They accomadated my family to the upmost.Very friendly and helpful. - The room was nice and clean, best value that I´ve had in New York.   It was basically okay. The stuff were friendly. - Located close to subway, in a nice neighborhood, oppertunity of storing labtops, passports and keys at the informationdesk. Some of the staff was very helpfull. The place is alright to stay at, if the only time you spend the room, is when sleeping.
