  The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely. The lobby wad pretty and fun to sit in. .breakfast was terrific and the lady in charge was outstanding. .a shame she was working alone to ... vad folk säger » police the public to keep homeless folks out..she was discreet and polite. AND she had to oversee the breakfast bar. - I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay

  I booked very late and could not get a room in the town I needed and this was as close as I could fine. It worked very well especially with the weather conditions. It was very easy to get were I needed to be and the staff was very helpful.   Really good location very close to Kemah board walk. Great price. Modern and spacious rooms with sitting area (king). Breakfast was great as well as the indoor pool. Will definately stay again if in town. - The pool was indoor so we were able to swim in December. The price of the hotel was the bomb...we had more spending money.   The location near the hospital, which made it nice to visit my brother in the hospital. The purpose of my visit wasn't a choice. - The staff was extremely nice and accommodating . The room was clean and arranged properly . Excellent for business travel

  The close proximity to the beach. This was our third stay at the Travelodge. The very personable concierge at the morning breakfast. What an asset he is to your Travelodge. We also asked for a down stairs room which was provided upon our request. - The motel was clean ..and the staff was friendly.   Good Value. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and included eggs, bacon, juice and rolls, plus cold cereal. Free DVDs available in the office, but hard to see what is available because they are located well behind the counter. - I liked the location.   Everything was fine in the facility and staff was pleasent but see comment about what you didn't like. - Clean rooms that appear to be updated. They have a good size refrigerator and microwave.
