  The hotel room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very big flat-screen television and sitting area. The breakfast (included in the nightly rate) was great and provided a variety of hot and cold items.   This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on Sunday morning at 8 am.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first time in Dallas, went to football game. They helped us with taxis and restaurants. - Room was modern , well appointed and very clean. Food was good and restaurant personnel were excellent.

Then, at the time of check out a sewing kit was provided after the strap of my shirt broke.   I stayed in a deluxe room which was big and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was prepared every day from a menu you could choose. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms and the pool (indoor and outdoor) were nice. The bar staff was great, with happy hour daily.   We were going to be stranded at dfw Airport during the ice storm and decided to book a hotel room before it got so bad that we could not get a cab. We booked the Sheraton on letsbookhotel.com and we are so glad we did. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for excellen - The staff were professional in their jobs. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. The pool was a good size with nice grounds. The hotel was very clean. The courtesy bus was a big help as we were strangers to the area.
