The hotel staff was the best staff I have ever experienced. They went beyond and above what they are expected to do. The breakfast there was unbelievable for a hotel. I would stay there anytime if I was in Dallas,Texas. Also, I would recommend the hotel to anyone that was planning to go to Dallas. -

The hotel room with the double beds was more than what we expected. It was super clean, spacious, comfy and the best part was that we stayed on the 1st floor with access to the pool and the gazebo. The staff were very friendly and most courterious. The facility is old, but they are doing a great job with keeping it up to date and it clean. We got in late and slept in and on checkout the manager insisted he give us cookies for the road. I was expecting a small package and instead it was a huge tin. Been there twice now and will definitely go

someone like from a hotel were driving you there from the
Dallas/Fort Worth Airport it was ideal in location.
It was immaculately clean. Everyone there was so helpful and went overboard to help us in anything we asked for. We stayed 5 nights.

Staff was excellent and the kids really enjoyed the pool. We stayed during a weekend when the Cowboys and Ranger were not playing so the price was very reasonable. We also left a very expensive set of ratings in the room on accident and the staff contacted us. Great bunch of folks.

Awesome! The first day when we checked in there was only one lady checking in at the counter.
