  The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable & the breakfast was nice. Short drive into the cbd but we had a car so it wasn't a problem for us. - Extremely comfortable bed, great break... vad folk säger » fast in the morning (included in the room rate) which included both hot and cold items. A bit of a distance from the popular tourist areas, however only about a 10 minute cab ride to the 6th Street area, and about 5 minutes away from South Congress.

  The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely.   We liked the proximity to the airport as well as having a free shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel. Enjoyed the free continental breakfast which is served starting at 6 a.m. which works great for early risers or F1 fans wanting to get to the track when it opens. Tim, Lara and Matthew at the front desk were all very helpful and pleasant with all of our questions. All staff were helpful and - We needed to find a hotel for one night near the airport so we could use a shuttle service, as we had to return to the airport to continue our trip the next day. This hotel was very close, but we did not notice any airport noise during our brief stay. Also, the continental breakfast was very good - the variety of offerings pleased everyone in our party.

  The room and motel was very clean and beds were amazingly comfortable. Quiet even with a bar open until 1:30 am. - The helpfulness of staff. The location is perfect close to shopping and airport . great breakfast.

  First of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Corinne Koerner from letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team. I had booked Hotel Lawrence in Dallas for 4 nights via letsbookhotel.com site starting from November 16 (it was a business trip for a scientific congress). However, my flight from Europe was delayed so that I had no possibilit... vad folk säger » y to arrive on November 16. I contacted the letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team directly from the airport and Corinne Koerner promised me to call - We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our drain were are very accomodating.
