We loved the price that we were charged, it was very affordable, we did
like it much better this time than the last, and it was clean,
comfortable, fridge and microwave in the room as well as other
accomdations were available in the rooms! -
The owner/manager was very accommodating my family. I booked a room with (2) double beds and upon check-in

Everything was Perfect. The location, the price, the breakfast and of
course the pool. We had a very nice time, we went skiing for the day 10
miles away and then got back to the hotel and was able to walk to the
bar and have a drink and then to dinner. Everything you need is very
close. Philly Cheese steaks at the pizza place next store were great

Location was great for where we were going. Front Desk staff was very
nice, Dining was great and convenient. When informed front desk of the
problem we had the manager was apologetic and gave me his card to call
him when we return in may and said he would personally take care of us.
Awesome customer service I will return.

You were not afraid to throw some jackpots out for the taking. Ordered food and it was brought promptly to our room, loved seeing Jerry Blavat and relaxing. -
Housekeepers made the room feel friendly..the forget me not flower seed packet was a niuce gesture on her part.

Expense, location and most of the staff. Kudos go to the 3-11 shift on the evening of October 4th I believe it was, for calling me to tell me my car window was down. That was very nice especially in light of the fact that it was pouring down rain. It was not raining when I parked the car and had no idea that the rain had started.

This motel has gone through some major renovation since I was there last
in 2007. wow, what a make over. All rooms new floors, walls, furniture,
beds, bath and no smell. They have a new access road that is much more
convenient then turning off the off ramp. I missed it the first time and
it took me 1 hour to get back to the entrance to the motel.

I liked the uncarpeted flooring in our room (laminate?--couldn't tell). It was beautiful, and I liked the fact that we didn't have to worry about carpeting harboring fleas in this pet-friendly motel. Also liked the fact that for the first time in a long time, our no-smoking room really didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The king size bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean, and the price was pretty good.
