  Comfortable and secure, like staying with Mom! Beautiful home, spotless. It is not too often that one can feel as clean as at home when traveling. Inviting decor, quaint and very, very relaxing.   One questions too many 10s. Hardly possible. But in this case true. This is a wonderful B&B and small inn. The owners, one energetic, the other more laconic but droll, are there to help and give advice but they are not intrusive. The first floor, entirely open to guests, is friendly - I spent several hours reading in front of the fireplace. And, as the other - The breakfaast was delicious. We really enjoyed freshly bake pastries, and te poached pear in rasberry sauce. You have use of the living room and atrium. There is also a billiards table available for your use. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly.

  We were able just to enjoy waking up whenever - long breakfast hours allowed for that. The pool, hot tub and quiet room was great....to relax and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Ben, at the front desk even made our first night amazing by giving us two tickets for a free dinner! For the $$ it was a wonderful value.   The owners are very nice and helpful. They serve a tasty breakfast. They provide good information about Gettysburg. The house is an interesting combination of early 19th century architecture and construction that has been well maintained and tastefully updated. It's a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
