We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.
The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!

Decor was bright and made the room a pleasant place to stay. Comfortable bed, pillows ok, temperature adjustment was unique and accurate.
Bar on site was a nice surprise.
Kuerig coffee maker a pleasant surprise but need more than one little pod for each person.

The staff of The Downtowner were wonderful. Warm, friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to see, eat, etc. The location of the The Downtowner could not be beat! for less than $10.
