  We just returned from a 2 week foliage tour of the New England states. Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was one of two places that we stayed where we have nothing but good things to recommend. Staff was very friendly, especially Diana, who was really helpful. 2. Breakfast choices were much more than expected. 3. Complimentary dinner was unexpected. 4. Gym and pool facilities. 5. Good location, easy access to highways, city, dining and shopping areas.

  Lots of nice touches. The breakfast and food to go was brilliant. Staff very helpful. Price was very good. Free wifi. Lost my toothbrush and staff gave me one instead of having to buy one at gift shop. - The atmosphere was very relaxing. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly.   Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. The restaurant food was wonderful with our meals overflowing the plates. The room was updated and clean, and the best was the friendly staff. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill (although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.   It was so close to Shea's that we could walk to our event. They gave us a room right by the icemachine and elevators as we requested. nice lobby to relax in. - Staff were awesome. Second time there second time impressed.

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... vad folk säger » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   The woman who was at the desk was outstanding. Helpful, pleasant. We loved everything about the Comfort Inn here. Form the moment we checked in to the time to depart we were treated like welcomed guests!   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   The colonial village décor of the hotel makes on feel so comfortable. The inside courtyards are a pleasure to walk through. The staff are all courteous and most helpful.
