  I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of America. Lots of food options within 10 minutes drive and free breakfast was of decent quality. - We actually booked two rooms (1 for my husband &... vad folk säger » amp; self and the other for our son and his family).Although there was an initial "mix-up" with our rooms, we were able to take care of it ourselves. Everyone was very accomodating.One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in.

  Staff were great. Shuttle service was awesome as we came in two vehicles and were able to shuttle all 9 of us to the mall. - Great personnel behind the desk! Good recommendations for dining out. Very comfortable bed with wonderful pillows!

  The rooms and service from staff were excellent. The breakfast was excellent as was the one meal I ordered late at night in the bar. - I really liked the staff and how friendly, and helpful everyone was to us. The room was amazing. Far above what I expected.

  I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. We were always late at breakfast and yet we were never rushed out but rather told there was no rush!   Everything!! The staff was great. We came to town early to go to an expo at the convention center and stopped at the hotel only to ask for directions. We were there 3 hours before check in and they checked to see if they had an available room and checked us in 3 hours early! The breakfast was a fabulous hot buffet. The room was great...   Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Everything is beautifully organized: free shuttle services to/from the airport and mall of america; buffet breakfast in the morning with tons of choices. The rooms are nice and big and quiet. Seriously if you're flying in to Minneapolis for shopping, just - Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.

  We liked the convenience of location. My husband was a patient at Mayo and we were able to commute everyday to appointments. They offer a free shuttle to the clinic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again if needed. It was close to dining services. We needed an extra night and they were very accommodating to this need.   Hotel was very close to Mayo clinic, but on a nice side street. The room was very spacious and modern with a nice view. This and the kitchenette made a long term stay very comfortable. The breakfast and "social hour" with food in eve were very nice touches. Hotel was quiet (good insulation) and bed was comfortable.

  Space is in a seriously renovated part of the town (used to be mostly abandoned warehouses 10 years ago) and there are a ton of great places to eat nearby (Bachelor Farmer for the win) - Size of the room, built in kitchen, comfort level of room, nice little exercise room, wonderful staff.
