  The concierge, Larry went above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my girlfriend's birthday. He selected flowers for me & had them waiting in the room when we arrived, he suggested a nearby steakhouse for dinner & arranged reservations, when we came back to the hotel later that night champagne & sweets along with a ... vad folk säger » birthday card were in the room. The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly.   When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending.
