Absolutely lovely view of Lake Superior from our room and Loved the wood fireplace so romantic. Restaurant on property was excellent! Wonderful service and view! We stayed in the studio unit and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lovely spot ~ -

First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious
bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out
and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told
me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was
thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. He dug it out of

great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths.
the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The price was great and staff was genuinely very kind and attentive to our needs, especially since my husband is disabled. -

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near
the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport
and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the
agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out. Your
staff was great at resolving the problem -

The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the
Mall of America couldn't be better.
We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room.

Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.
