  I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out. Your staff was great at resolving the problem - Staff were frie... vad folk säger » ndly and the room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle service was efficient and the drivers were extremely courteous.

  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly. Extremely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. - Really Pet friendly and we appreciate that and will return. I used to attend mgmt mtgs there as the Scandicon with Norwest!
