  Staff was attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was great, pool enjoyable for kids. Having a suite instead of room invaluable with toddlers. Rooms recently redecorated.

  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. Very nice gesture by the lost and found staff. - great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths. the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

  Very nice staff. Hotel was very clean, including the pool area. Was able to get 20% off the already low price of the room by going to bloomington- coupons.com and getting the coupon. This coupon was additional to the price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel offered shuttle transportation to the mall. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average.   The first night we stayed it was quite loud. They moved us to a new room which was much better. - Everything was outstanding from reception to the room & great breakfast selections.

  The staff was really nice and always had an answer to everything. After staying the first night and coming back the second day, room cleaning did a great job. The inn provided a good amount of privacy and peacefulness. - The hotel was clean& the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable.

  I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel!! The continental breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all made fresh! Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great.   The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.
