  The first night we stayed it was quite loud. They moved us to a new room which was much better. - Everything was outstanding from reception to the room & great breakfast selections.

  The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day. They solved all my issues in a record time. Wonderfull. - great staff, clean rooms, comfortable, great accomodations for meetings, good food

  The staff was very helpful and courteous. Easy to engage in conversation. Nice comfy beds and clean. Any thing extra a person might need was provided. Would like to see grip bars in the bathtub and just overall freshening up.   When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending.   We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. In the morning I went to get my car and it was all dug out and cleaned off. I... vad folk säger » wish I would have got his name. The man behind the desk said it was 'Alex', so if this is him, I would like to give him many heartfelt thanks! - It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.

  The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The shuttle to and from the Excel Center was an extra perk we had not planned on. - They were very nice and helpful. I like the location right next to the capital.
