  We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there were frequent shuttles for the airport and the mall!   Staff was friendly and helpful with reservation process. Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Complimentary breakfast was convenient, everything was fresh. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. Very nice gesture by the lost and found staff. - great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths. the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

  The new remodel is classy and modern. The beds are comfortable and the rooms now have an RFID card access key. The staff is AMAZING. They are very friendly and courteously helpful.   Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. This coupon was additional to the price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel offered shuttle transportation to the mall.   The staff was really nice and always had an answer to everything. After staying the first night and coming back the second day, room cleaning did a great job. The inn provided a good amount of privacy and peacefulness. - The hotel was clean& the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable.

  I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel!! The continental breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all made fresh! Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great.
