  front desk was helpful, friendly responsive and accommodating. Hotel was responsive to request for softer bed (not so good for the money). Maid service was exemplary and responsive. - That this hotel is so close to where my parents and my famly lives in the Berkshires .

  The hotel was well kept, and tastefully decorated. It had many amenities, and the staff was professional and helpful. It was a comfortable hotel, and I would stay there again. - Friendliness and helpful staff.Staying two nights was worth it. Loved the hot tub, bed was comfortable.
