Breakfast was good cooked breakfast as well as cereals, yoghurts, bagels, toast & cake.
Within walking distance to beach and restaurant's. The Oyster Company was fabulous best meal in 2 weeks of eating out.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side but had a large private terrace which was lovely. The bathroom had a large spa bath !

The landscaped grounds of the PBVR are interesting and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room we stayed in had been recently renovated. There was a new rug, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was recently retiled. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.

This is probably the most professional, helpful and kind staff I have yet to run into. You often find one great person that goes out of their way to be helpful but with this hotel, they are all terrific. Whoever manages this hotel has made some great hires. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The breakfast is very good. Great choice for anyone visiting Boston but wanting to stay outside of the city.
