  We only stayed one night at La Quinta in Florence, but it was an awesome time! We didn't have a lot of interaction with the other employees other than checking in and out but they were very pleasant. The room was fantastic and much, much more than I expected for the price. Overall we were really impressed with this hotel. We will be - When we arrived we entered the room were surprised at the size of the room and how quiet it was. The first thing I tried to do was take a shower. The handle came off in my hand. When I called the front desk they were very apologetic and switched us to a new room within minutes.

  The staff was exceptional! We especially liked the bellman who helped us park our car with the car-top carrier in a special place so it fit in the garage. He gave us handwritten directions to a couple of places that made our trip extra special! He is a gem!! He worked the evening we got there, May 29th. Even though very close to major highway, seemed pretty quiet and condusive to sleep. Easy on/ off to 75, and to Cincy.   I liked the decor - very sleek and modern. My room was comfortable and clean and the halls were quiet. I had a restful stay and good access to all the places I wanted to go in Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville. - The rooms were fabulous. Decorated so fun and such a great concept.   The staff was so friendly and helpful- everyone from the house keeping to the valet to the front desk. The sleep-number bed in the executive suite was the best night sleep I have gotten in quite some time.
