  Front desk staff was very patient and so very helpful. Helped me figure out how to get my rental car back - even though construction was taking place on the roads. Also, the breakfast was great! A very friendly atmosphere at all times. My room was very large and had I been traveling with others or for a longer time it was set up like a miniature ... vad folk säger » home and would have been comfortable. - The rooms were clean and the staff very accommodating. The free breakfast is a nice touch. And we spent a day at their pool. And the shuttle to the airport was very welcomed. It is very convenient for Worlds of Fun and shopping.

  Hot tub and pools! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Kept the pool towels stocked which was great! Three rooms were placed close together...yeah! - Ease of checking in and facility was nice. I liked the location and that there was a mini store and liquor store within walking distance.

  The hotel just had a great atmosphere. The beds were comfy and warm, the lighting was warm, and the hallways were quiet. Also, since the hotel is right off the main highway, you can practically go anywhere in the city from there! - The staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable to sleep and work.

  Let me start by saying the front desk staff was excellent. They greeted us with what I perceived as a "sincere" smile and greeting. Later I was in need of something to stop a heartburn. Unfortunately their were no antacids available but both staff members were helpful and suggested sprite!
