  We arrived and were given a studio. This was not the room we looked at online. The room we looked at online said there was a sleeper sofa in the room, however, ithere was only a couch in the studio. This was accomplished and our stay at the hotel was very good. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very spacious and clean. Highly recommend as a great place to stay as well as a good value.

  My entire party had a BLAST. Every member of our group LOVED your suites. Really loved the fact that the pool was truly heated. The staff was WONDERFUL, as well as the room. The free laundry was so thoughtful ! Can't wait to visit u again ;D - Everything was great! Staff was polite and friendly. Room layout was really nice, too.

  I was attending the Marc Anthony concert at the Allstate Arena, the hotel is literally a four minute walk to the arena.Perfect location if you are attending a concert. No traffic jam, no hassles.   The hotel is in a good location, a couple of blocks from the Hancock Center, Oak Street Beach, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.   I loved the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) and enjoyed using the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The resorts pool was nice as well. It could have been a little warmer, but I love really warm pools.
