Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. -
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.

were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room. The bw
staff did a great job finding rooms. -

It is a great location with reasonable room rates. Although the rooms are small, they are quaint and very clean. The Tremont is an older hotel with an atmosphere of friendliness. - Great location next to Michigan Ave. and the room was beautiful and comfy.

I've stayed at a different hotel my last four trips to Chicago,
because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel
Felix is clean, quiet, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is friendly
and accommodating. The location is convenient. This was a great find and

The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Many thanks! -

The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a
car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the
road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing.

People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

Arived in Chicago on a bitter cold evening -- airport transportation prompt & friendly. Hotel itself, warm & welcoming. Wonderful, helpful staff. Enjoyed a great meal right in the hotel, didn't have to go out in the snowy night. Perfect start to a week long visit, after a tiring flight. Would highly recommend! -

Hotel Sax was right in Marina City. There was a little grocery store
close by. Several restuarants within walking distance including
Chicago's House of Blues and Dick's last resort. I was great to
walk just a few steps and look at the Chicago river flowing by. I loved
and and will go there again.
