  Short distance to our son's home with a beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Staff at all levels were very friendly and welcoming. - the staff was excellent, cheerful andd responsive. Havng the Metro Bis in house for dinner is a huge plus.

  we loved how beautfful everything wroom was an ok size but still nice as.shower was pretty and nice with a seat i hyad beenh looking forward to a soak . i would return to this place in a hweart beat LOVE IT - Room is big with a huge window, with a great view.   The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I grew up in Greenwich 50 years ago and this was my first trip back to see old friends I had grown up with. The Hyatt Greenwich was outstanding in every way, which was the topper for a trip down memory lane!
