  We had a corner king room in this 21st century hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior design of the entire hotel is delightful. Sleek. And wow, the fire place in the lobby is stunning. - Great hotel, if you're looking for newer hotel contemporary style. Very clean awesome place to stay!! I will be back !!

  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Even the new hire/ first day on the job female was a joy at ch... vad folk säger » eck out. She smiled and laughed her way thru my misspelling of my name thru mumble. Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. The food is ... vad folk säger » great and the wine list extensive. We chose a wine from Colorado, with the sommelier's help, and it proved to be great. - The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).

  We were staying in Telluride for the bluegrass festival. A bluegrass band was playing in the hotel foyer every morning and early evening which set the atmosphere well. The hotel was about 20 minutes' walk from the festival grounds in a quiet location, but close to all the shops/bars.
