  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice! We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we could have another chance to visit Aspen. - The staff were extremely hel... vad folk säger » pful and friendly...the service was wonderful.   Continental breakfast was adequate. Was quite warm when I was there - very pleased that the AC worked very well. - I loved how nice they were, and the facilities/amenities were great for the value. Breakfast was great too!

  Great location in town. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. Suburb facilities and staff. - service excellent. Prices, as in ALL things in Aspen, were at a significant premium, but worth it.
