  Very friendly shuttle bus service, especially someone from brazil who has been working with comfort more than 10 years. Thank you to him I had a very good start of my trip in Boston.   Clean Housekeeper was honest and friendly Breakfast was fresh and clean Location across from the mall and restaurants. Beautiful set up of the rooms, lobby and eating area. Accessible to transportation. I liked everything about my room, period. I would stay to Hyatt again. - Early checkin, Hotel was close to Red Line train, and Mall.
