The staff was friendly and professional. The room (we had an executive
queen suite) was large, clean, tastefully decorated with a microwave and
mini fridge. It included a sleeper sofa with an additional flat screen

The location may not be the most attractive one in NYC but it is very convenient - fast transportation to the hotel from the JFK airport by subway; only few minutes subway ride to Manhattan. The subway station is so close to the hotel, that when you got off the station you can actually see the hotel right from there. The staff was courteous & accommodating. I enjoyed having the free shuttle as well as free parking for my family who joined me from Baltimore for my granddaughter's graduation. For nyc area, this was relatively affordable. Pleasant walk through
residential neighborhood to some excellent Greek, Italian, and Middle
East restaurants. Navigating the subway system (for a couple of rookies)

The hotel was easy to find and the gps took us right there. The hotel is
located across from a Holiday Inn. If you look up the address on Google
Maps, the picture that is taken is rather old so the hotel was not built

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nigths and we suggest it for this position
and for the clearing of the room. I will choice it again because of the
position: It is 2 min walking to the 39th underground station ( yellow
line, 5 stops to Time Square). The first day we noted that the room was
without the hairdryer and the staff provided soon to give us one. The
breakfast room is a little small but it is not impossible like I read in

staff were really helpful and friendly. Struck up conversations with
staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and
stationary bikes. Free hourly bus to #7 subway line was convenient into
