We sojourned here for a night only. The front-desk staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast (included) was great. Perfect for a short stop-over on the road to the Grand Canyon. -

Great hotel neat Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Large rooms, no noise from

I slept at the Americas Best Value Inn Downtown Phoenix for two nights in February 2013. I really liked the nice rooms where you feel very comfortable. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed very friendly. We
would definitively stay here again.
Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions.
You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.

Great location to airport. Convenient complimentary shuttle. You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels. The complimentary Banana and coffee for early departures was also much appreciated- Thankyou for these complimentary services. -

The room was updated, clean, comfortable, modern -- so much more than we expected for the price. As an older motel (still cute) we were surprised to enter a room that was so well updated for that price. Nice surprise. The breakfast in the morning was great, nice to have oatmeal. Also the staff were terrific. Great shuttle drivers, super fellow on the desk when we arrived near 1am. All around lovely experience. Highly recommended.

I liked that it was so convenient from I-17, but provided the security for me and my vehicle. The desk staff were VERY coridal and went above and beyond in offering me choices of places to dine. I even received a phone call to my room asking how I liked it.

I booked two rooms. My elderly mother and brother were in one and I was in another. Our stay was awesome! The room was very spacious, affordable, and comfortable. We stayed for three days and had no problems. The staff was wonderful especially Maria, who was there for any needs we may have had. -
