Liked the location, room layout great with nice view of ocean, and relatively quiet in spite of the thunder beach crowd. I like the space provided for the family,as well as the access to the beach from the hotel. i loved the view. the Jacuzzi and pool was great. The room was amazing and very comfortbable. That it was right on the beach. The Hotel was very beautiful.

Being on the beach and close to stores. it was a cosely living like place. ocean view and the pool design. Great place on beech. Pools and beach. nice pool area. The view. I like the view and the pool. Beach. Room was not entirely clean..dirty dishes left in dishwasher and in cabinets and kitchen floor was sticky. I didn't like the parking area(no place to park for multiple cars).I didn't like the entrance to the hotel(pulling out into traffic),need a red light or something to exit the place.The address is difficult to read from the street(need to be higher up the building ). the construction next door. The staff did a very poor job at accomodating us with anything. Our room was not ready by the 4:00 check in. We were told we would get a call when a room was ready for us and the whole stay we never recieved a call. We had to figure out which room was ours on our own. Very disappointed with the staff and how they handled our complaint as well. We loved the room but will not be staying there ever again. How u have to pay for everything separately. The room was a little crowded with furniture...a bit over the top...not the king size studio I expected... Did not like the new gate system.. why would I stay at a resort and haft to pay to get to the pool or pay to walk through to get to the beach.. I will think twice about staying here again with this system.. The carpet was dirty. The bed had a big dip in it. It definitely needs replaced. Slow elevators. Expensive. Having to pay for armbands to enter pool area. I pay for the room I should have access to all the amenities. waiting on elevators and room wasn't as clean as we would have liked ( STAINS ON CARPET NEED TO BE REMOVED). units were very dirty spent three hours changing rooms. It was very disappointing for the money. Molded rooms urine on walls rusted patio furniture metal sticking out of sockets and so on. Horrible I would describe it. Poor service and poorly equipped kitchen. No dish rags or no dish washing liquid. Dirty floors. Not all pillows had cases. One bar of soap only. No coffee filters. Had we known this we could have prepared for it. Room, lobby, and building exterior were dirty. Refrigerator worked very poorly. There was a $25/day charge to use pool and beach of which we were not aware prior to arrival. When we arrived our beds were not made and there weren't sny sheets in our room to fit the bed. We complained and still did not get sheets til the following night which mafe our first night there rather uncomfortable. it wasn't what we wanted and where we wanted to stay n cost highly more than what we wanted. place is rundown, hair dryer blew up ac sucks, will not return and will not use book.com ever again. i was ripped off. Rooms were dirty , sheets had tears and old blood stains and floors were not moped clean after walking on them your feet were black. Front desk do not work and the lack of things in the room no dining table, bad mattresses quality, pillows etc. room not ready on time, staff horrible to respond to any problems. room not cleaned properly. dishwasher leaked on floor, never fixed. coffee maker broke. oaseas will never be used again. should not be in business. The Bed was terrible and the guest book had people from as far back as 5 years ago saying the same thing. No-one would answer the phone when I called to complain and the staff just said call this #. smelled like dog when walked in room shower and shower curtain nasty and bed pushed you to center uncomfortable. I dislike the service and the filthy room. We got here at 1pm and the room was not ready til 8pm. We waited 8 hrs in the car expecting their phone call for check in. When got there, the room was extremely dirty. Trash bags everywhere. They organize it but not clean it. The company is being cheap by not hiring enough cleaning maid. Worst experience ever. I like for a refund. The staff was unorganized. After checking in at 1:30 we were told we would get a phone call when the room was ready. Never got a call. We were allowed in the dirty room at 6:30. It was cleaned after 7 pm. The carpets were stained & nasty, walls were all scuffed up, and sofa and all mattresses were caved in with springs sticking out. We were promised a noon check out because of the delayed check in, but were locked out of our room at 10 while trying to pack the car.
