The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.

Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

The hotel was gorgeous & the staff were amazing. We dined at several of the restaurants and the food was very good beware however as the portions are rather big. We will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved Bonnet Creek resort. Definitely the best deal you can find around the Disney area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with our 19 month old daughter. It was so nice for her to have her own bedroom so we could have some time to relax and hang out after putting her to bed and not worry about tip toeing around to not wake her. One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. We liked the location. We were happy it was a 10 min walk over to Seaworld. There was transportation offered from the Hotel but we preferred to walk the short distance. The design of the resort was very appealing. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. We reserved 3 rooms and were able to check in early.
One of the rooms wasn't ready, but we only waited a short time and were called when it was available. There were plenty of dinning options while we waited. I would stay there a

I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

The food at the bar and in the restaurant was lovely and we ate there quite often. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The room was clean with plenty of facilities eg fridge, coffee machine, microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was divine. -

It was a very nice hotel and the staff made you feel at ease. The shopi ng mall was fantastic. - I arrived late and was famished. The room service staff were courteous and eager to meet my needs. The meal was well presented and very palate-pleasing.
