  I had several special requests prior to and during our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly did everything to make things work as I requested. Elizabeth was sweet and good natured and handled things very professionally and with kindness. I worked with the manager Ryan to finalize my special accommodations and he went above and b... vad folk säger » eyond to stay within the policies of the organization and yet meet my needs. He did so with such grace that I was truly impressed. In fact, every one - I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza, or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!

  Everything especially the breakfast, the managers greeting every afternoon and the indoor areas. I have been going to Orlando for 11 years and have stayed at approximately 19 hotels in the area. And I have stayed on Disney property and not. This is the biggest bang for the buck of all hotels that I have experienced. The avocado shampoo and soap was very good, free newspaper, the room coffee was great, everything was very clean

  The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast, evening appetizers and free cocktails was a nice classy touch. Staff was excellent and very friendly.   Beds were super comfy which you dont find in many hotels. Breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choices. Convenient location just minutes from park entrances. - The "free" breakfast was a very nice aminity. And the gift shop was stocked with lots of variety. Our room was spacious. The staff was really nice.
