  Clean is always important. Quaint-had everything we needed in our room.Karen was a super hostess and patient for our arrival. (We were lost)Bkfst was terrific. The porch is very relaxing with rocking chairs. Near Lexington shopping - very comfortable, everything we needed was available; breakfast was great; innkeep was fabulous
