The Rodeway Inn was under renovation when we reserved so they actually put us into their sister hotel, the Quality Hotel down the street, at the same price as the rodeway which was slightly less money. The staff were all very polite and nice. We accidentally broke a glass in the hallway and before we even had time to tell someone, they had already begun cleaning it up. It was an enjoyable trip, and also the attached bar and grill was a great place to relax.
alla recensioner » We booked in to the Roadeway Inn for 2 nights to see the falls. We were moved to the Quality Inn while the motel was being renovated. The Quality Inn had a great bar and restaurant called The Legends Bar and Grill which had great food and atmosphere on a cold Friday evening. The falls were awesome and would recommend the Quality Inn for a hotel in Niagara Falls. the room was newly renovated and was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable - the mattress appeared to be a new Temprapedic mattress and it was wonderful. The rooms was small but accommodated our family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers just fine for one night. It was nice that it was within walking/jogging distance to the Falls. The staff was amazing! It was my birthday weekend and everyone was so kind, helpful and engagin. The hotel was half a mile from the entrance to Canada and was walking distance to the falls. In the room, I could the bathroom fixtures seemed new and the beds were so plush and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the beds so comfortable location is a plus 5 min walk to Niagara Falls and you have a microwave and a fridge in the room restaurants close by and a mini market and petrol station next to it. Don't judge this hotel by the outside looks. Inside the room is clean and cozy. Loved the memory foam mattress and wood floor. Very close to the falls and casino. It is a classic American motel situated downtown. All attractions are on walking distance. A 24/7 convenience shop next to the hotel. Very helpfull and friendly staff. We didn't have any problems with the hotel at all. The floors needed a good clean. If we had been judging this hotel from the street we would not have chosen this one. The exterior looks a bit run-down and the blue doors cheapen the look. However, we had read the reviews and new the rooms had been renovated. We are glad we stayed here. There was nothing unreasonable that occured during my whole stay :) Some of the other hotelers were a little noisy, but that's what you get at a cheap hotel across from a casino right at Niagara Falls. It's a motel not a hotel The safe in the room need extra charge. The reception is in the mini market outside, breakfast is actually coffee, tea, juices and supermarket packed cup cakes and pies The room service woke us up 9 AM knocking on the door asking if we are going out to clean the room which is really annoying!!!. The breakfast is poor. The Rodeway is basically a motel and I wasn't expecting that from the description and name. It lead to a feeling of dissappointment and some concern when I first arrived. The breakfast was very basic and again was not what I was expecting. Kind of expensive for what you get and location is fab in the day but bit of a ghost town at night, nowhere to eat really, next time would stay in Buffalo itself. Breakfast? Hardly - a cake and a coffee in the shop at motel reception!. Breakfast - only sweet cakes, nothing for salt food side, no tables and chairs, You need to eat in Your bedroom. Exterior appearance a little shabby. No good restaurants on American side of Falls. Not your fault. It was nice to have breakfast, but a fresher breakfast (besides packaged muffins)with more variety would be nice. Breakfast was usually sweet stuff. Carpet might need shampooing?. Did not realize there is no exterior picture on letsbookhotel.com till İ go there... Sunday night can be very busy for the cars coming back to Canada, so expect huge traffic and potentially a noise, but that bad. Breakfast is tiny and very basic, you will be hungry. The room had one heater which couldn't be left on over night since it was too noisy. There were night clubs very close that had loud music until late morning morning making it impossible to sleep. Nothing for breakfast besides bad coffee and some danish. Very basic for the price, wi-fi was not working and I was unable to call room to room. breakfast, Extra 50 dollars due to the creditcard problem. breakfast facility and food was awfull. Better dont pretend it is offered at all. Outside didn't reflect well on the overall experience. Breakfast food had ants on it within a hour or so of being put out.
